Need help with rules wizard

I am trying to remove a rule attached to an email (I created it twice
by mistake). Every time I try to delete it I get a prompt telling me
that a value in the rules description has not been set. That is not
true. What I can I do? It keeps running the rule twice which is
driving me mad!
