need help with sending email to a group (two part question)

Hi, I am using Entourage 2004 v 11.2.1 on Mac OS X v 10.3.9
I have a two part question.
1. I have a group of people over 100 who I send out my monthly
newsletters. I have my subscribers as a group in my address book. When
I send out my newsletter, I put my other email address (not the one
that I am sending from) in TO field and put the group in BCC. Some of
my subscribers tell me that my email goes to their junk folder. I have
even broken the group to several smaller groups and it still doesn't
seem to solve the problem. Is there a script or a way to send a group
email to INDIVIDUAL addresses so the recipient will have his/her own
email address in TO field automatically? I have my own SMTP so do not
have a restriction of the size of recipients

2. I have been using Paul Berkowitz's Complex HTML X script (adapted
from the script for Outlook Express by Steven Friesen) to send a
complex HTML newsletter. It's been working very well and I am very
happy and thankful to both Paul and Steven. So is there a way to send a
group COMPLEX HTML email to INDIVIDUAL addresses automatically?

Thanks in advance.

(For the contemplators, why is that even if I have the SPAM filters on
and set them STRONG, I still get the junk mail, but when I want to send
out email to my friends, everyone's SPAM filters suddenly seem to work
well and block my email???)

You can also create your newsletter in Word, and use the Œmail merge to
email¹ function to send out a personalized copy of it to each recipient in
the Office/Entourage address book.

There are also several third party applications that have been recommended
by users for sending out newsletters.

the top five resources.

An interesting option using mail merge although it's not exactly what I
am looking for.
Thanks for the link and the info. I will explore...
