Need help with sound.. NOT WORKING

Hey everybody,

Here's my problem. I have a presentation done and on some
slides I have sound files. now I have sent the
presentation to someone as a ppt file and some of the
slides the sound works and on others it doesn't. If I look
at the design mode and click on the link for the sound, on
the slides that work it says that the sound is contained
in the presentation and on the slides that doesn't work
there is a link for the sound file eg. > c:\....wav.

Just wondering... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG. ANY HELP WOULD BE
GREAT.

Thanks,
Jamie

WAV files are embedded as long as they don't exceed the size limitation that
you set in Tools > Options > General. You should set that to 50000, which
equals 50MB. If your WAV files exceen 50MB they will be linked and the
links must be "pathless". To create pathless links you must now delete the
music from your, gather all of the large WAV's into the same folder where
the presentation resides, and then insert the sounds again. Thereafter,
whenever you move the presentation you'll need to move the linked sound
files too and keep them together in the same folder.
