Need help!!

Is there a way to determine if an excell spreadsheet has
any user defined formulas or functions?

Also, can anyone tell what this computes or what the
purpose of this is in an excell cell (Note it has no equal
sign in fromt of it ( I Know NNK-X is a symbol for
something)

ROC(NNK-X, 1))

Also, everytime I try to copy something from this
spreadsheet onto something else I get a "run time
Error '1004'" What is that ??
