Need help

when I copy a table into excel and one field contains a expression like 2-1
or 3-1 or 3-2 excel automatically formats the field to custom date

how can I turn this off
so whatever I paste into cell excel will display it as it is

Henry, try to format the cells as text before you put the data in

1- please title your subject with something someone other than yourself can
make sense of

2- format the cell as text, then paste the values special as text.
