I want to keep all of my email just move it to a removable hard drive. I

When you did the archive, it made a file, ending in .pst. Copy, or move that
file to the removeable hard drive. In Outlook, from menu bar, File / Open /
pst file and open it.

Create a PST on the removeable drive and copy to it all the data you want to
save. remove that data from your default data store. After it has been
removed, if you're using a PST as your default data store, compact it to
reduce its physical size.
