Need Help....

I have created a form for our "Master Bill of Lading" for my company. It is
opened then used the closed without saving. Every bill of lading uses a
different carrier depending on what state it is shipping to. Currently the
users look at a peice of paper that has the following listed...
AL - ABF Freight Systems
DE - Ward Trucking Company
ect.
Then on the form they select from a drop down list that has all of our
carriers listed.
What I would like to do is have them select...
AL - ABF Freight Systems, or whatever state and carrier they need, from a
drop down list but I only want the carrier name to be displayed not the State
and the "-" mark. There will be 52 entries in the list. Please be specific on
how I could creat this.
