Need Help

All,

When outlook 2000 running in idel mode, i get the
following message:

the procedure entry point STRTOKEX could not be located in
the dynamic library MDSERT2.dll

Please help with troubleshooting this problem.

Are you sure about the erroring .dll name?

I also get the following message afterward: An error
occured attempting to open the windows address book.
Unable to find the wab dll.

I've done the following with no avail:
Rename wab32.dll. Removed outlook. Reinstalled outlook.
Downloaded the latest service pack. I am currently running
outlook 2000 w/service pack3.

I can not send emails, but i do receive emails.
