Iam using microsoft outlook linked with my company mail.

if anyone wants to see may mail can see, but if anyone want to send mail
from my outlook account, password must be ask by outlook

Inshort anyone can read my mail But no one can send mail without my password.

Pls help

That's normal since your account is password protected and not Outlook
itself.
Outlook itself (like any other private data that you've stored) is protected
by your Windows user account.
When you are away from your computer either log off or lock your computer.
