I want to know if there is a way of making the data I have
entered into a Microsoft Access database appear as
something else. What I want to do is make the currency
value in the database appear as something other than that
value (###) or something similar. My Reason for this is
once you open a database even if it has a password on it
you have no security, I want to be able to make this
information more secure so that people walking past cannot
view the currency values. I still want the values to be
printed correctly just not viewed correctly on screen. Can
this be done? Please respond

Access security is a great feature, but it is, by nature a complex product
with a very steep learning curve. Properly used it offers very safe
versatile protection and control. However a simple mistake can lock
everyone including God out.

Practice on some copies to make sure you know what you are doing.
