If you're referring to the hotfix mentioned in KB article 823199, you need
to follow the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=823324 and contact Microsoft
Support to obtain the hotfix. There should be no charge for the incident if
you stick to that one issue.
