need macro for changing photos received to jpeg instead of bitmap

there is a macro line somewhere that allows photos received in e-mails to be
saved as a jpeg instead of just bitmaps. I had it once before and lost it
when hard drive went kapoot! Can anyone help me find this macro text line to
turn on when reading e-mails so I don't have to convert all the time!
