need mail merge capability with one note.

I would like to marriage notes to people, and include a handwritten name.
Would like to have capability to mail merge image files into document.

That capability does not exist in the current version. There are a lot of
requests about interoperability features with other programs. I'm sure
that once OneNote gets a fully exposed object model and API these types of
features will be available (either native to the product or via third party
utilities).
