need map 132.dll

have windows xp, when I try to use Corel or any address
program, it tells me I need a certain file. I need to
find a program that will let me add info on members and
then I need to be able to print labels for envelopes.
It asks for MAP 132.dll

the file is actually mapi32.dll. it should be on your Office disk.
