Need MS Paint help

I'm having trouble with my Paint program in which it will
see JPG files, and open them, but will not save as JPG.
The program only gives the four BMP options and the GIF
option when saving, and the Help option in MS Paint is
useless.

All my other programs seem to recognize JPGs properly, but
not MS Paint, which is my only graphics editor. I've
uninstalled and reinstalled the MS Paint program, but it
still refuses to allow me to save as a JPG. I've also
gone to the Tech Support for my computer, and they've been
unable to help me. Is there anyone out there with a
solution?

MS Paint is a Windows accessory. You need to ask in a Windows NG.
