need new product key

after having my hard drive replaced, my microsoft word
has been displaying the message: invalid product key when
I give it the one on my certificate of identification. i
need either a way to get it to recognize my old prooduct
key, or to get a new one.

You won't be able to force it to recognize the old key if you're typing it in correctly. It looks like you may have to call support for
help. Since it's an install issue, you won't be charged for an incident.
