Need OSB to autostart in Office2K

I need to have the OSB/2000 start automatically with out
user input. The default brings up the user dialect asking
if the user wants Office Shortcut Bar to start next time.
I dont want the user interface I just want the bar to load
no matter who logs in.

Is there a flag I can put on the end of the MSOFFICE.EXE?

Any Help will be appreciated
