Need Outlook 2002 post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package

I have the problem described in this KB article;
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842778/
In Microsoft Outlook 2002, signatures may appear unexpectedly in a custom
form. If you use a signature when you create a new e-mail message, reply to
an e-mail message, or forward an e-mail message, a signature is added every
time that you switch to a page that contains a message field in a custom
multi-page form.

This is a minor issue for us here, but I'd like to solve it. The fix
described in the above article requires the Outlook 2002 post-Service Pack 3
hotfix package: June 1, 2004. However, in order to obtain that hotfix
Microsoft wants to charge me $35 for help via email. It's a simple hotfix,
why are they charging $35? Does anyone have this hotfix they can send me?

Hmmm... where did you get the idea Microsoft is going to charge you for this
"Hotfix?" Hotfixes NEVER cost money. Support does usually but once you have
the Hotfix you are basically on your own. It is possible to obtain support
using your Hotfix ID they give you but that requires a little ingenuity on
your part.

When you call Microsoft support on the telephone, you should get a voice mail option that includes hotfixes. Choose that option and tell the technician the KB article of the hotfix you need. I've never been charged a support incident fee for a hotfix.

If you call and ask them for JUST that hotfix, the call should not cost you
anything.
