need people and 3D shapes for visio

I am doing some business process flows for a client and would like to use
people and real looking documents in the charts instead of the standard
flowchart. where can I find free stuff like this? I found some things
with google, but not what I really need. Any thoughts?

Have you looked at the work flow diagram shapes? They should be under the
'business process' category when you browse stencils.

Thanks! I did that, but I want some more variety and some additional shapes
not shown there. I have used those to date, though.
