Need pointer for custom menu Button

I have added a custom menu button to the menu in Outlook
to run some VBA code.
I would like to have that button to be visible only if
one of the Contacts folders is selected and disabled
until one contact is selected?

Is this possible?

If so, could anyone provide any example code?
