My organization uses Outlook 2000/2002 with Exchange Server 2000. We have a
public folder containing calendar items that several users contribute to and
many others view. Some of the contributing users have requested that items
appearing in the public folder also appear in their personal calendar. They
would like to have this happen automatically without any user intervention.
I have not been able to find a way to do this and have not found any relevant
information on the Microsoft knowledge base or elsewhere on the Web. Using a
moderated folder will not work in this situation. Is there a way to fulfill
this request or is there another alternative? Thanks for your help.
