how to show details of conference call


ex:
i call 121 from my no 989898989888 time: 12:00:00 to 12:01:00

& at
time 12:40:05
i called to tollfree no 180000000000

from 989898989888 the customer care emp transferred call to 115 time: 12:41:00 (chief to give more details )
call ended 12:44:45

the call between 180000000000 , 989898989888 and 115

now question is how to show this detail ?
