Need recommendation - POP3 hosting

I wonder if anyone can recommend a good email hosting service for my
needs. I'm going to be between ISPs for a couple of months and I need to
find a POP3/SMTP email host I can access using Outlook. There's a ton of
them out there, but all the ones I've looked at either offer too many email
addresses (I only need one), too little storage space (250MB should do it),
include your own domain (already have one), or require a year's sign-up (I
need by the month).
Any nominations would be welcome!

Gmail is still in beta; you can't sign up for it unless invited. As
the other replier mentioned, Hotmail doesn't have POP3 access.
Anyone else have suggestions of an email service that would meet my
needs?
