Need resource on converting a version 2.0 to newer version

We currently have a database in version 2.0, I am trying to gather info to
encourage converting to a newer version. There is great concern over info
that will be lost, fields not transferring over to new version, etc. Is there
a good resource to answer these questions, I don't know where the best place
to look. Also, if we do convert, will it convert all the way to 2007 or would
I need to stage it?

I can't find any doc on converting from Access 2.0 to Access 2007 but you
certainly can convert to A2002 - A2003 file format. See the following
