Need set view in Excel

How do you set a view in excel so when it is burned on a CD and someone opens
it they see they same thing you do, no matter what the screen size?
If you can do that, will they still be able to adjust it as needed if they
want to zoom in on it?
I tried to set a custom view but its not working, maybe I am missing
something.

FIRST.......never save to or open from a Floppy or CD directly. Copy to hard
drive first then open file.

Second........you are at the mercy of whatever screen resolution the user has
set.

Custom Views are used for viewing certain portions of a worksheet and setting
print defaults.

They cannot be used to alter screen resolution on another computer.

User should be able to use Zoom feature to adjust size.

Why do you say "FIRST.......never save to or open from a Floppy or CD
directly. Copy to hard
drive first then open file."
Can there be problems if the end user does this? Open the CD and do a save
as to the hard drive vs copy to hard drive?

Ok on the view, I just thought there might be something like Adobe has,"open
to full page".
Thanks,

I say FIRST because saving to or copying from any removable medium can create
corrupted files.

When you open a file in Excel, a temporary copy is made. If running from a
floppy there may not be room for the temporary file on the floppy along with
the original file.

Saving to and opening from a floppy or any removable media is a recipe for
disaster. Unreadables and corrupt files will result.

Floppies are for transporting files, not for working from.

Save to your hard drive then copy to floppy.

Copy from the floppy to hard drive before attempting to open a file.

This advice is not just for Excel, but any application and files.
