Need Simple Overview of BCM

I would be most grateful if someone who knows/uses BCM could give me a simple
overview of how it works and explain the relationship between Accounts,
Contacts, and Business Contacts.

I plan to use BCM only as a tool to import contacts from Act, then copy them
to my Outlook address book and then uninstall unless someone can tell me
about advantages to keeping it.

Sue, you seem to know a lot obut Outlook. Have you or do you know of anyone
that tried installing BCM to the same shared network drive from 2 or more
systems and test if they are seeing and using the same data?

I have not read of anyone testing or installing it this way though it was
not initially intended for a network install.

Since BCM has no feature that would allow you do install it to a network
drive, no.
