Need sku111.dat for office sp1

Running Office XP Pro, Windows XP Pro, SP2.

I can't install Office SP1 or MS Producer - the install crashes with a
message asking for sku111.dat on the original CD.
But SKU111.dat is not on the CD! Where can I find it? Is it downloadable
anywhere?

And what's more, the Office installer now keeps popping up, over and over,
endlessly, as I work, and I have to cancel it three times before it goes
away. A few minutes later, it is back again.

Someone please help!
