Need some advice on project management

I have nearly got the whole structure of the project which took me months to
do! Hopefully I will have the perfect master project with subprojects in and
all resources assigned to the correct assignments. This is also shared on the
server so everyone has access to the PWA.

What do I do next? How do I keep this project managed correctly and receive
updates from my resources? I know they can update it on the Task View so this
is pretty good. Do I also keep nagging my resources to finish the project
ASAP?

Are there any good websites that can tell me what to do? I hope some of you
experts can also guide me of how to continue being a good project manager and
keep track of resources.

If you are new, I would recommend the Gary Chefetz text (Amazon.com).

If you research this group, you will find that Master Projects are create
many problems in project server and the wise shy away from using these. If
memory serves, this is also addressed in the Chefetz text.
