need some advice

Matt

I made a quick small little website for a friend of a friend (following his
instructions to the letter) and he now tells me that people cannot access
the site, especially AOL and WebTV users. I can't seem to find anyone that
has these problems, but he swears that they exist. Can someone check out the
site and tell me if I might have made a mistake somewhere?

Web TV does not properly support the span styles. Don't know about AOL.

You could start by using valid HTML. This might help too:

I just did a site for someone who uses WebTV and sued valid HTML and
CSS and she is pleased. Good luck!
