Need some clarification

I'm in the process of moving our small office to SBS 2003 with
exchange. We are coming from several stand alone outlook express /
pop3 installations.

I've imported my OE mail and addressbook and everything is working
just fine but I'm confused about how the address book works.

My "Gloabl Address List" has my 4 exchange users listed. I imported
my OE address book and they are all appearing in the "contacts"
section of outlook.

I guess my question is, I want name completion on these contacts but
unless I change "show names from the" select names dialog it doesn't
work. (and it switches back to GAL after each use).

I guess I want it to do name completion on my contacts and global
address list all together. How do I do this? Or am I looking at this
the wrong way and should be doing something different?
