need spam block for microsoft outlook

The outlook should have an option to block the spam and junk mails that piles
up the moment we get connected, or it should have an option where we can
block the senders list we think are sending junk/spams.

Outlook 2003 already has a built in Junk E-mail Filter. Tools-> Options...->
button Junk E-mail...
