Need suggestionf for what program to use

I am in a small office with 3 people right now. We all use Office 2003, and
want to share a file that is in Excel format right now. We want this to be a
'living" document, in the sense that any one of us can change the
information, such as dates, and replies to emails we track in this document
for production info. what would be best approach to do this and not have to
buy any hardware, if possible. Email me with your thoughts or suggestions.
