NEED SUPER QUICK HELP!!!!!

My college courses require us to use Outlook Web Access for our email. I can
receive email but I can not compose new email, forward or reply. I get a
blank screen when I try. The school thought I had my pop up blocker on but
the system says they are not.

What do I need to do to fix this????
