Need syntax help (Clarification)

I have a button that says clear data, and would like to give the user or an
ADMIN account the ability to clear the records in another database with a
different security file.


Also when the routine clears each table I would like a message box to
display

clearing table " Table name" now

and display the new table name in the Msgbox text as it moves on.

Some code would be nice

P.S: I was looking at the possibility to use something similar to the cmd
line syntax in a shortcut to access the security file for each database ,
because the admin account has no rights in each database. You know the
default admin account
