Need Table Report functionality from Visio 2002 Architect in 2003

Looking for a Data Base Table Report for Entity Relationship Diagrams that
was in the 2002 Visio Architect version, but apparently is not in 2003 Visio
Professional. Is there an add-in or any other way to get the table reports
out of Visio Professional 2003 ER Diagrams?
