Need Template for 11x17 one fold Brochure

I am looking for a template for an 11x17 one fold brochure. So, when the
brochure is folded, you would have 4 - 81/2x11 pages (Front Cover, 2 inside
pages and back cover). I can't seem to find the right template on Microsoft
website. Please help me if you can! If someone has a template for this
project in word, that would work too.

Create a one-fold 8.5x11 brochure, then adjust the paper size in your
printer setup, and readjust your page setup to be a booklet fold.
Alternatively, create a blank document, set print setup to 11x17, and sets
the page setup to booklet, and get creative!
