Within my company, the group that I manage has to send at least 150 email
responses per day to our customers. We have about 100 templates for different
responses. Upon replying to a customers email, we copy a template, paste it
into the reply then go through and fill it out to personalize it. My
question: Is there a way to create, within the template, fields that you can
tab through to fill in information rather than having to arrow down or click
with the mouse a bunch of times? I'm looking for great ways to save time and
improve production. Any tips would be much appreciated!
