Need the Font default to specific font

Hi all,

I am working on an internal company form. I want this form to convert all
copied and pasted text to one font. Right now, if a person types in the
document, it will display the correct font (helvetica), and I have changed
the default font to Helvetica also, so if they choose the Normal style sheet
it will convert their font to Helvetica.

But I want it so it will automatically convert all fonts they copy and paste
to change to Helvetica. Can this be done?
