Need title separated into 2 columns

Instead of the jobcode being one title, need to break manangement title out
to two new columns: Title and Section with title spelled out. Is this
possible?

Not exactly as you asked for it, but...
you can do some damage to it..

Highlight your jobcode and go to Data - Text to columns, and select delimited.

select space as your delimiter.

highlight your first title column, find VP, replace with Vice president.
Same for any other common abbreviations, Mgr to Manager, etc.

for those that break out into multiple fields, you can use concatenate..
= D2&" "&E2 would combine cells D2 and E2 with a space between them...

May have to do a few of those kinds of things, but better than the
alternative...
