As an attachment/embedded file, or as a document printed into OneNote?
Yes on the former, since an attached file will retain all of its
properties. OneNote just acts as a storage location for the file.
No on the latter, since the "printed" document when it is in OneNote is
just an image, and the "Print to OneNote" driver does not push encryption,
etc. into the image when it prints. Students can take that printed image
and copy/paste/print elsewhere.
