need to back up calander on cd

I need to make a cd or floppy disc of the calander,but it
would copy only the calander itself,and not the
contents,meaning what I wrote in it.
any ideas as of how to save the contents on cd/floppy?

Have you tried File, Export, export to a file, select say
an excel format, then pick the date range etc. Save it as
a local file in say your My Docs directory. Open it in
Excel, see if it's the sort of format you can cope with,
then burn to CD using your usual burning ROM.
