Need to backup address book

[Needs Assistance]

I am running Outlook 2000 behind Windows ME. I need to
back up my address book (Contacts) but cannot find the
file. I have searched My Computer for *.pab but to no
avail. There are approx 850 entries in my Contacts list,
and I would hate to lose them. Any suggestions on how to
find the file?

All Outlook data resides in the same file. There is no separate file for
Contacts. The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
