Creating a folder with multiple pages, each with multiple subpages, makes for
a very unwieldy list of page tabs.
Navigation would be a lot easier if it were possible to collapse the tabs in
a folder such that only the 'top level' pages were showing, with the facility
to expand a single page to show its subpages.
