Need to break module password in Access2000 database

I am trying to maintain a corporate database, actually many of them,
created by a guy who left the copmpany and refused to unlock them. I
have a tool to reveal database passwords but it doesn't know that the
module in the database has a password. Without access to the module
code, I'm sunk. Can someone point me to a tool that will break it? I
don't mind paying for the tool.

One tool is called Lawyer.
In most jurisdictions making the source code of work performed in
company time unavailable is considered theft, and can be pursued as
such.
