Need To Change A Document From Doc.x File To HTLM Or RTF File

I need to change a doc.x file and reformate it to a HTLM or RTF file so that
I may attach it to a file that I wish to post off but said it is unable to do
this does any one no how to do this?

In Word 2007, Office Button (the Pizza top left of your Word screen) Save As

Other Formats > rtf or html.
