Need to change portrate to landscape

Have 2 more newsletters to do and still trying to set up for film. Do a
select all and rotate, need to change from 8.5 x 11 to 11 x 17 for printers
spread. Fonts change and text reflows out of paragraphs. Using Publisher 2002.

This is done in house for a school district that uses almost all Microsoft
based programs. Supplied by teachers using Publisher.
Having fits with this since it has to be sent to film as either a postscript
file or PDF.
