Hi,
I need help figuring out how to prevent saving the form data if there are no
changes made to an Infopath form.
I have a wizard kind of form having 5 views, which appear one after the
other on click of next button.
I have a "SAVE" button on the last view on my form. The user may fill out
the form and save it. He can again come back later, open the same form, he
may or may not modify any data, then clicks on save again. The form should
not be saved if he has not made any changes, else if he has done any change,
the form should be saved.
I am using the rules in the Save button to define all these.
I am trying to check the Fields from the Main Data Source and comparing for
"is equal to" with the fields from the Secondary Data source (a receive data
connection). But no luck.
Any help!
Thanx.
