Need to check who is administrator?

I am using Outlook 2002 on XP. I am a single user.

To create a rule for a folder I have to have permission or be the
administrator. I am a single user, and need to reset the administrator. I
think I may have set up a different password to use when I wanted to be
administrator but I don't remember for sure and I definately don't remember
what the password was.
