Need to copy Global address list into contacts!!

Hey there. I am a computer tech for a non-profit
organization. We are experimenting with some stuff and I
have a question. I searched technet and fiddled around
with 2k and XP clients but couldn't find a way to copy
all the names at once from my company's Global addess
list into my own contacts folder.Is there a way to do it
in Xp or 2k? Thanks in advance.
