Need to create/edit views in Access Project file

I have a SQL 2000 backend; Access 2000 Project.adp file as
the front end. The user has R/W rights, in addition to
CREATE VIEW rights. However, the user cannot edit/create
rights from the Access Project file. My question is, what
do I need to do in order for the user to be able to
edit/create views from the Access front-end file? Thank

Does anyone have any ideas on this, or is this not
possible in Access 2000 Project? Thanks again!
